LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is FREE. You can choose local pick up in checkout. After you submitted an order, you will receive email confirmation that payment was appproved. After first email, in 2-3 hours we will send email notification that your order is ready for pick up. You can come and pick up your order at any time, during bussiness hours. Plese show us your order number.
We are asking customers park their car on back door (side) of warehose for picking up orders, unless if a lot snow, we will move your order on front door of warehose. Also you can choose shipping. We ship to all states in USA. For shipping we use UPS carrier and we provide discounted prices. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping cost. Some orders/items can be not eligible for shipping.
You can find how much will cost ship the item to your location in checkout by providing your full shipping address. You will see all shipping services available and cost for it. You can see APPROXIMATE SHIPPING COST, NOT EXACTLY. After you placed order in couple hours during bussiness hours YOU WILL RECEIVE INVOICE WITH UPDATED SHIPPING COST. We need to make an individualized shipping arrangment. YOU CAN CONTACT US AND WE CAN CALCULATE SHIPPING FOR YOU BEFORE YOU PLACE ORDER.

You are able to inspect your item in warehouse.
But in case, if item which you received not working at all or damaged and not working properly you have 3 days from date of pick up to report an issue and bring it back to the warehouse.
You must bring the same item, in the same condition and packaging as when you got it from us.
If we have the same item we can exchnage it. Also, you can get store credit or refund. We will discuss about it in case-by-case.
